Our design team has been working hard to make your experience better. Part of this means standardizing field types and we've applied the standardizations to the Entity Details page first. To make it more obvious what Custom Report you're running, we've given the Custom Report title a new look! If you're not happy with the name, you can still change it. Simply click on the Action menu and you'll find the option to rename it there. Remember: to edit a report you'll need to be the owner––this goes for renaming as well.

This means Registration Compliance Tasks just got easier to use! Previously, the Jurisdiction filter only included templates relevant for the home jurisdiction of an entity making it tricky to find the document you needed to generate. Now, the filter will include jurisdictions based on the home jurisdiction in addition to the jurisdiction(s) of any registration(s) associated with the entity.

🤫 To make this even more functional, we will limit the registration compliance tasks to only return templates relevant to the jurisdiction of the registration selected. So keep your eyes on this space to be the first to find out when it's released!

In order to keep you up to date on your e-file tasks we have added the status of your filing on the task it is associated with. You can now see whether your Formation filing is Complete, Pending, Excepted, or Cancelled simply by going to the task and checking the Formation section of the task.

Keeping personally identifiable information (PII) private is a full-time job. To help make it easier, we have removed all PII fields from Read-Only user views.

.DOC files were introduced in 1997. We know you have records that date back that far, so we made sure those documents of yore can be viewed in Athennian today––and beyond.

When changing the name of an entity we left you wondering "When did this entity's name first get implemented?" Well, there will be no more wondering! The start date of the first previous name for an entity will now be automatically included using the entity's Incorporation Date. If the start date of the first previous name of an entity remains blank in your records, simply go to the Compliance section of the entity and enter the entity's Incorporation Date.

CSVs can be tricky when it comes to formatting. That's why we've given you the new option to download your Custom Report as an XLSX file as well! Check out the new formatting by downloading your favourite report today.

When you generate a Custom Report for Tasks you can now navigate directly to the Task from the Custom Report. Be sure to include the in your columns when you run the report; the Memo Description is now a hyperlink that will take you straight to the task at hand.

Don't worry, if you ever tried to delete an Option or Warrant Plan it wasn't you, it was us. But we've changed and you can now delete any Option or Warrant plan as long as there are no grants associated with the plan. If grants have been made through the plan, simply delete those associated grants first, and then the plan can be deleted as well.

Previously, when copying a Custom Report you would remain on the original report. Instead, you will now be brought to your copy so you can continue to work with your new report without having to navigate to find it first.

Consistency is key when it comes to working with numbers! Being able to set the decimal value you wish to see when working in the securities transactions now flows through to our Cap Table XLSX export so you can guarantee consistency throughout your Athennian Securities experience.

Closing dates, per-share purchase prices and other variables often change during a transaction. Updating each variable one-by-one across dozens or hundreds of issuances is a pain. That's why we've given you the ability to select multiple transactions and update common variables all at the same time! To see it in action:

Keeping track of a VMB can be tricky when you're sharing it with different team members and clients. To help with this and maintain accountability, we've added an option to apply a watermark to all pages of the VMB when you download it as a PDF. Simply select when downloading and will be applied accross each page of the VMB.

To include or not to include page numbers... that may not be the question, but it is an option now. As shown above (sorry for the spoiler without warning 🤭), when downloading your VMB as a PDF you can now choose to include page numbers. If you do not select to include page numbers, page numbers will be omitted from the PDF download of your VMB.

We've updated the name of Swaziland to Eswatini. Admittedly, we are behind the ball on this as the name was officially changed in 2018. That said, 🙈 SPOILER ALERT 🙊 we're in the midst of automating updates of our jurisdiction lists based on ISO standards so we won't encounter this problem in the future.

The ability to leave the balance of shares on a certificate just got obvious. This feature used to be inconspicuously off to the side. We've given it a new home so it's easier to find and falls in line with the workflow for completing a transfer of shares.

You can now include the date an entity or task were created in Athennian in your Custom Reports! Simply add the Entity Creation Date and/or Task Creation Date to a new or existing report.

To make it easier to share your Cap Tables, they've been spruced up one more time. With their new look your Cap Tables reach a new level of professionalism the moment you click generate!

Forgetful about entity sub-types or marking an Entity as Professional? No problem! Sub-type and the Professional tickbox are now available when generating an entity from scratch so you don't have to remember to add these details after the entity is created.

Ever download your Virtual Minute Book as a PDF to find empty headers? Yeah, we thought that was confusing too. Now, when downloading your Virtual Minute Book as a PDF, if a folder is empty, it won't be included in the PDF. But don't worry, it still lives in the VMB on Athennian, it just won't be included in the PDF until it has contents.
